Funny how you can sometimes tell everything you need to know about someone from a 30 second clip. This guy probably fancies himself a real gangsta and tough guy, while picking on someone vulnerable and defenseless surrounded by his goons. Lived there for 3 years. Never understood the 4-wheelers and dirt bike gangs. They will literally taunt you to touch them, just absolutely looking for trouble. It's realllllly hard to sit there with a green light for 3 cycles and not just slam your car through them. Or just sit at a stop sign for 10 minutes because they decide to do donuts and wheelies non stop in front of you.
