Ive said this before, but of all the fringe groups out there, the PETA people are the most mentally unstable.
We have a vegan in our neighborhood. One day a mother posted a picture of her 4 year old son, who had just caught his first fish in our neighborhood lake. It was a small fish, and as you can imagine he had a smile the size of Texas on his face. It was a cute moment.
PETA boy starts slamming the child and the mother. Says things like how would you like for me to come steal your dog, kill it and hold it up like that. Of course others in the neighborhood come and let him have it, and he plays the victim. Says he feel trapped in his own home on weekends because if you go outside all you can smell is grilled flesh.
I have no problem if people want to eat healthy. I could probably eat a little better myself, but acting like this is not helping your cause.

I have to wonder sometimes how hardcore PETA drones handle things when roaches or mice invade their homes.....And do they refuse to swat the innocent mosquitos that may/may not be carrying West Nile as it happily drills into their bloodstream?

We drove the whole 95 corridor they were all over the place, can't remember exactly where
