sounds like something a concealed carry class instructor might propagate.

Beretta makes some great 9mm sidearms. My EDC is a Beretta 92X Centurion, but I'll occasionally swap it out for the Beretta M9. If I'm heading into the woods in Idaho or Montana for trout fishing, I'll swap the 9mm out for the Sig P220 10MM Scorpion model and have eight 220 grain hard cast rounds loaded into it in the event the grizzlies aren't phased by the super-spicy pepper spray.

Wife currently carries the S&W M&P Shield EZ in a single stack 9mm. I'm so glad she didn't want a .380. She's pretty proficient with it and is quite adept at emptying one magazine and switching to the next without a break.

Nice try, Uncle Camou

Not anti guns. At all. Never been / will be.

Personal protection…in subject…where coming from.

You have lots of rights, including spelling God with a little g. Rebel on, little g God, Baw.

Has anyone ever shot one of the "less lethal" personal protection guns? Does it at least drop someone if you shoot them? And how quick does someone recover after being shot with one? (as in, if you shoot them, will they be able to get up 20 seconds later and still be a problem ?)

Canik MC9 Prime. Looking for a smaller summer carry, but this one works in most clothing.

If I'm going into the city, my carry, plus my plated get home bag with an AR pistol, 4" fixed blade, med bag, comms, water filtration, and some flash bangs.

Never know...

Less lethal gun?
Do mean a .22 or .380?
If I'm defending my life or your life "less lethal" is not a feature I look for in a firearm.
I do have a KelTec PMR30 semi-auto handgun with a .22 capacity of 30 plus 1 in the chamber.
It's my go-to kayaking and canoeing alligator attitude adjuster.
I suppose it could be "less lethal" with 3-5 shots and if that wasn't enough there's 26 more available.
