Amazes me how many times people have been warned about driving on flooded roads yet they continue to do it.

Plus when a lot of rain falls in a short amount of time, there's no such thing.

I had 19” of rain between 3:00 pm and about midnight last night 4 miles from there.

Nothing can drain that volume that fast.
