When I was still in a carseat cruising up and down Siegen, I-10 still stopped at Essen Lane. We were in first filing of VSG.
I remember getting the K-Mart by 10 and the Kleinpeter Milk store getting torn down to put up a Pak-a-Sak at NW corner of Perkins and Siegen(Walgreens now).

Probably because the thread turned into a day-walker/GC shitfest again. frick them. Seriously, frick em. Stop worrying about what those frickers say. Every thread gets anchored when they come up in conversation and always derails the thread resulting in anchors away. I can't stand those fricks anymore than the rest of you guys but we need to stay focused or else every thread will get anchored if the discussion turns to them.
