Company President likes to use “best”…. I just do thanks

Or “as I’m sure you’re aware” or “you and I both know…”
As long as you end it with “Respectfully” you can essentially tell them “frick you retard” and still maintain professionalism

I worked at an India-based company for a couple years and it was strict policy to have your email signature end with "Kind Regards" so I had to do it even though it is stupid as frick.
But that's what we get when we outsource all of our US IT to places like India.

silly
I do it will people I don't know in a professional setting, then go less formal as I know them.
I should say I did, haha.

I don’t even end mine with anything I just type the message and my name is at the bottom.

My ex-wife had a faggy lawyer in Baton Rouge when we were getting divorced eight years ago who signed ended his correspondence with "Here I remain,". Weirdest one I've seen to this day.

Oh yeah like the other poster already mentioned. People used to end their emails with weird shite
“I am forever your obedient servant,
Benjamin Franklin”
I think sometimes even in letters where the two people hated each other
I just end mine with
“Best”
But they’ve always said shorter emails are better
If you’re rattling off a business email no need for all the formalities. It could just be:
“Chicken. When are the Christmas lights being put on.”

I've been using regards for over a decade.
Thanks for bringing it to my attention that emails are supposed to have flavor.
Will update my signature and be sure to use crazy fonts as well.
