A nearby school tried to nip this in the bud about five years ago by banning non-medically related dogs from sporting events.

Since then, the number of dogs has skyrocketed. When there's a menagerie of dogs at a baseball game, I look at administrators and they turn their head.

I tell them it’s my service dog. Covered under the law.

The ones who allow the dogs to stand on their left shoulder while driving are even worse. You see this dog, no head, so dumbass can't see out that window or mirror.

They should be taken out of car and beat with cane poles.

That seems harsh. The dog's just a dumb animal that doesn't know better.

Can we beat the driver with cane poles instead?

See it all the time. I did not care since they are usually small dogs or cats but it is so common now that I agree it’s distracting.

As an aside, I had my son’s Golden Retriever in my Yukon and he sat on the front Passenger seat and stuck his head out of the window. He was not restrained. A truck passed and made a loud metallic noise and in a split second he has in my lap. I was able to keep the steering wheel stable. I did have to pull off the interstate and then put him in the back passenger seat and secured him with his leash to the seatbelt. Much better scenario. I really could have crashed. CSB

Not as bad as frickheads that leave their dog in the bed of their trucks when driving around.

I guess they don't want to get their interior truck nutz dirty
