Let's try a thought exercise.

I'm going to offer you a million dollars as a result of something bad that happened to your ancestors. What is your response?

If you response is anything other than "Hell yeah! Give me that check!" then you are an irrational idiot.

Actually they wouldn’t exist at all, since their Senegalese great-great grandfather never would have met their Nigerian great-great grandmother, and there sure as hell wouldn’t have been white people who provided 20% white genes.


The people who would be living in huts in Africa if it weren’t for slavery would actually be an entirely different group of people than African-Americans.

If you assume that never being born at all is even worse than living in a mud hut, then this is an even stronger argument against reparations than a mud hut.

To borrow from something I read in another thread, at some point these people need to go back to looking ahead instead of being stuck constantly looking backwards. It would be much healthier

Because it's all a grift. There is not a more coddled demographic on earth that the "African American" to include Jews.

ETA: Remember, we brought the ones that lost the tribe wars here. We did not get Africa's best and brightest.

We've already given them years of education that would have cost many goats per year in Africa, but we are willing to let them take it with them without reimbursing the states that educated them.

They don't want to go back the motherland. They want your money and my money and live richer than they already do for free. They want nothing to do with Africa. They know nothing about Africa. Black peoples gene pools are getting shallower and shallower.......going back to the primitive!

Will paying everyone 1 million potentially crash the economy? If so, wanting it is not a rational idea. Everything would increase exponentially in price.

Instead of taking them at face value/seriously, we should dismiss it instantaneously. To even advocate for reparations is immoral, insincere, and inimical.

Don't fall into the trap of explaining why reparations are impractical, inconceivable, or impossible. To do so is the concede that reparations should be paid, but that there is no efficient mechanism by which to identify deserving recipients.

The proponents know that it would be virtually impossible to achieve a workable solution through which some get paid but others don't. The goal is to obtain a compromise: a huge pot of money. The pot of money will be used to line the pockets of those who get to decide how the money is allocated, their political patrons, and their political allies.

So why would the people who call for reparations leave for Africa, to live in a mud hut in a Lagos slum with intermittent power, raw sewage in the streets, and the Tsetse fly? In Africa, they would not be the klepotocratic ruling elite. Here in the US of A, they hope, the DC establishment, the progressive elite, and AWFLs will consent to them getting to larp Robert Mugabe or Idi Amin.

I calculated damages incurred and they wind up owing every white American 3 million USD.
