We allowed what, 1 away band to play halftime each season? And TGBFTL only traveled to play halftime at 1 regular season away game. It's not near as big of a deal as people are making it out to be, but administration definitely has ulterior motives.

I saw the same thing earlier. My suspicion is that someone intentionally does this trying to get the story to trend and gain traction for political reasons.

I have an insanely religious and oblivious aunt who posts satire articles pretty regularly thinking they're real. She posted one awhile back about 10 people overdosing on Marijuana in CO with this long post about how she knew this would happen

I had one lady post a couple months ago about some celebrity that died like 4 years ago(wish I could remember which celebrity it was). You could tell by her post that she thought the guy had just died. The lady is a good friend of my mom's and the sweetest lady so I didn't have the heart to correct her.

With the rapid development of social qualms on Facebook and the like it is hard to know how to handle.
I guess it is probably best to PM them with the hopes they would know how to take it down.

The posts that frustrate me the most are the ones for missing people. A quick check of the original post almost always shows that the person was found safe awhile ago. How hard is it to check before reposting?

In short pretty much everything. Can't wait to delete it after I'm done with school.

I just use it stay informed on current events and keep up with family/friends. But yeah it isn't full of intelligent people. Then again nothing on the internet is.

I definitely think Facebook is more for the women to gossip with. My Gf is a Facebook posting machine I get tagged alot only reason I know this because I get a email saying this. I just don't care what people are doing or saying.

Have we discussed the people who like their own posts? Nothing more annoying that when somebody posts a pic and it has 4 likes and one of them is from the actual poster.

At least they aren't posting stories from parody news sites or other stupid memes that have inaccurate info on them. I don't check FB much but that's usually the shite I see when I do
