If you were at Chuck E. Cheese's right now...
Obviously you are not an OT Balla because you are eating at a kid-friendly spot.
My advice?
Learn to live with it.

We rarely have any issues with our 2 year old eating. We had one several months ago and I took her out and spanked her tail. She’s pretty well behaved for a toddler.

And I try to clean up as much food / crayons/ napkins off of the floor before I walk out. It's inevitable with a 2 year old
We always paid a ‘niece tax” and left larger tip. The bigger the mess, the bigger the tip. But we did always clean up as much as we could

A few days ago we went to the best sports bar in the US (says espn) and two kids were running around. One tripped and face planted on the floor. I raised four children and never had any issues. If I did we would have left immediately and home life would have not been fun for a while. My children are grown now and enjoy fine dining. There is something to be said for being raised with manners (which are learned at the home dinner table). I have a new nephew that we take out to eat often. He will grow up that way just as my children did because his parents enjoy dinner out. Obviously as a small child you only go to Mexican restaurants or local brunch places or whatever until you know they can handle more.

This is what happens when you fricking neuter parents from being able to whip their kids asses in public. I have three brothers, we’re all two years apart from the next, my dad didn’t allow us to act like little shits. Now, we were children, so sometimes we acted like little shits and it didn’t matter where we were, my dad would spank our asses right then and there. Unless it was church, then he’d take us outside and spank our asses.
His father gave him great advice on the whole spanking your kids topic, “Son, if you tell your kid you’re going to spank their arse, you’d better not not deliver the spanking. Kids will pick up on that weakness in a heartbeat.”

It’s 6 pm where I am.
Weird kid standing at the end of our table chewing widely on food watching us. My fiancé sweetly said hello. No response. Just continuous chewing and staring. His family don’t seem to even notice him. I leaned over toward his face and said “go away.” He backed up and wandered off.

Well, in today's world, I'd opt to not have kids. I live in N.O. and if you want your kid to get a decent education, it's pretty much private or parochial schools. Talking to a lady yesterday and she told me it cost her $10K a year to send her daughter to a Catholic High School in the city, and that's years after grade school tuitions.
The cost of raising a kid is crazy expensive now
That's cheap.
The state of Louisiana spends $14,000 per kid for public school.
I think I need to say that again.
In the state of Louisiana, it cost the taxpayers $14,000 per student, per year to educate them through the public school system.

If you have FOUR children and they can't behave in restaurants, don't take them to restaurants. Pretty damn simple.
