Is it legal for this new influx of people to live under I-10 @ City Park-Metairie rd.? Seems to have exploded in the last 2 weeks.

Are you suggesting that people migrate?

I was gonna suggest that swallows grip them by the scalp and carry them.

But I guess that works too

The rhythmic sound of tires on pavement is like an instant lullaby, haven’t slept this well in a long time.

In short, yes baw it’s legal. Constitutionally protected.

Google anti-camping laws. Crazy predicament some of these cities are in.

Take that path to work every day. It started a few months back, but has definitely exploded within the last couple of weeks.

There’s even a “Homeless Wish List” written on cardboard and tied to one of the overpass piles by the East Bound exit ramp. I can’t remember everything on the list, but it definitely includes: Coleman Stove.

Insane.

They probably are the ones rooted out from the overpass by St Charles Ave. I noticed that they moved over to Claiborne Avenue a few weeks ago.

Maybe they think they are in international waters by moving to the border of Orleans and Jefferson Parish and the cops won't frick with them.

A few years ago, one of them had a lit Christmas Tree that was decorated nicely over by St Charles Ave.

Yeah I commented on that the other day, I wondered where they went.
