The best way to fix the homeless population in Nola is to push those people closer to Jefferson Parish.

Are the fences under the calliope exit new or is the big homeless camp further down? Been a while since I had been in that area until cutting through for the game this week

Tons of homeless under the overpass by Rampart and Calliope. I’m not sure if there are any fences though.
