You know. Thinking some more on this. You can really take control of the situation by doing two things:

(1) Get that backup job lined-up. You really need to bail bro

(2) Just laugh-off anything they throw at you. Totally disarm these gals who are trying to get your goat. Do your job and when they start shrieking like banshees, laugh at them and tell them you’re done and for them to fix their made-up emergencies. You’re finished.

I have seen several people get on the bad list at work through no fault of their own.

Once this happens there is no getting off the list it is just a process of documenting things in a way to make the employee look bad until they have enough to fire him.

Start looking for a new job today. Take sick or personal leave to interview for your new job and when you get a new job resign from your old job.

It will be better for you to leave before you get fired.

Seems like you have a good handle on the situation.

Wasting company time dear facebooking on the internet should always be option #1.

If they're calling you a horrible speller, is it really a lie?

HR is not there for you and your battles. HR is there for your employer. I, too, make the mistake early in life that HR was there as some sort of referee calling tie-breakers and stuff. No, they are there to keep the boss out of trouble with the Department of Labor, hiring/firing, benefits, and avoid routine harassment lawsuits, etc.

LOL. Right. Imagine thinking that HR is there to help employees. That guy is smoking crack.

Get them to invite you out for a beer, you'll never see them again.

File complaints with HR EVERY time they lie, "creating a hostile work environment". Then HR may actually do something.

At least you'll have a record of complaints for when you snap and murder everyone at your facility. Set up that temporary insanity case early, use it often.

Of course they are. You should have led with this. Once a female doesn’t like you, whether the reason is legit or not, nothing will make them stop trying to make your life a living hell. Just document what they are doing to you every day. Every negative interaction with dates and times.

Do you have an ethics line? Save all data. Preferably on a company server and your own copies. That way they can't deny the timeline. Keep calm. If you have intentions of being promoted, you need your record cleared. If you don't, then your goal is to not get fired and it will all blow over eventually.

I sympathize. Let me share a recent story:

Someone told a group of people with a straight face that they have never seen a project status update presentation that a colleague put together. I was literally in the room when they walked them through it and even incorporated their feedback. I spoke up and reminded them about their hour long walk through the day before, and they just got pissed and shut up.

I was told by someone else that I was harsh and that the person who was being a lying piece of shite was going through personal issues. IDK what personal issues cause someone to lie and throw a tantrum about not seeing a status update that not only saw but helped put together. So I told them that I don’t regret calling them out and I’ll do it again when I see a need for it.

I lost respect for that person and I intentionally keep them in the dark now. I’m sure he’s plotting to talk shite about me now. When I interact with him at all, it’s by email with a document trail - lawyer style. I told my team to do the same. It drives him nuts now because these status updates he’s trying to sandbag are highlighting how shitty his team is.

The way to beat women at work is to be as pleasant and polite as possible and remember that she is never going to stop trying to get you fired. Every interaction should be limited ad controlled. Smile. Every time you disagree with her, she's going to try to make it look like you yelled at her and hostile work environment you, so don't ever let your temper get the best of you and never talk to her unless it's a professional issue.

I’d stop worrying about things beyond your control. If you think you are in real trouble start looking for another job. It is infinitely easier to get a job while employed vs after getting fired.

It is situations like this I feel that unemployment insurance should pay out regardless if your employer thinks you are in the wrong or just laid off because the plant is shutting down.

Unemployment should be based on the number of years worked and paid out according to your salary.

You should record them screaming at you and then send that to HR, hopefully they are threatening you, can also stir shite up for the boss / company on the way out by reporting the threats to cops too then roll out.

Don’t forget to post the video online too
