Never mind last night. This thread itself proves that the pussification of America is real.
I hope none of y'all have ever driven after having 1 beer. That's about as dangerous as what we did.
Weren't you in the military or police? Have you ever taken a gun safety course? Did your dad teach you how to use a gun properly?
If any of the above applies, you should know that you were making a poor decision mixing alcohol and firearms. I'd imagine most firearm accidents involve alcohol

What's funny is: those same individuals who were appalled by taking out the guns while consuming alcohol, didn't think twice about having a beer and driving their car to the guys house where the guns were.
Oh you were there?

Not really. I've never been on a dove hunt that didn't involve everyone having a few beers.
Never seen an accident.

You don't pull out guns with alcohol involved.
What did your Daddy do to you?

So I guess you would be against me taking my flask of bourbon in the deer stand with me , just to take a swig every now and then to warm up the insides ... Pussy

American kids used to be schooled on guns.
Years ago New York public high schools had basement rifle ranges.
Guns are tools, just like chainsaws and lawn mowers. Learn to use and respect them and there is nothing scary at all.

He took out his Remington 700 and Egyptian AK-47. All being responsible gun owners, we were very discrete about this, barrels pointed downwards at all times, fingers off the triggers, etc. they were also, of course, unloaded.
I've been around guns my entire life. If I was at a party where a couple dorks who had been drinking were playing with 2 extremely common firearms it would make me a little nervous - more accurately I'd roll my eyes. What's the point?

How can you tell if someone owns and AK?
Don't worry, they'll tell you

Let me paint you a clearer picture...
Discrete, as in we were just kind of huddled over by his safe looking at them with barrels down the whole time. We weren't showing them off or working the bolt or anything like that.
Damn, some of y'all need to lighten up. I prefaced the story to indicate that we were not "mixing guns and alcohol." We didn't even have drinks in our hands while we were looking at the guns. We had literally just gotten to tephe guys house. Saying we were mixing guns and alcohol is like saying someone who has had 1 beer and getting behind the wheel is driving drunk.

They weren't afraid of the guns. They were afraid of your judgement with the gun.
It depends a lot on WHO pulls out the gun.
Let me help you out. They probably think you are an irresponsible flake even though you are an elite counter sniper on Black Ops.
