send em to the border for food. The owners, not the pets.

Yes in additions to the assholes that have the “who rescued who?” decals in their cars. Pathetic.

Birds are great but require care and interaction. They are also very messy.

The Grey not as much. He is pretty independent

They have their own room and we keep it clean. There's a lot you can do to cut down on the mess too.

Pet adoptions are a cheap way I get food for my anaconda.

Fake news.. I am still seeing the same mutt pit bulls chained to trees around Selma. Democrats still love their furry friends.. Must be all you hater Republicans doing this.

Imagine that....knee jerk reactions just going to shite everywhere.
It did afford me the opportunity to buy a good mountain bike for less than half what the guy paid for it, though. So, it isn't all bad.

I have chinchillas and love em, but theyre like rabbits and birds in that they have no control over when/where they shite. And as small as they are, it shouldnt be medically possibly for them to shite as much as they do.
Out of curiosity do you have a problem with your birds relieving themselves while you hold them?

This is one of those times I so dislike people. I would adopt every dog I could if I were alone.

Haven’t seen anything like it since the 101 Dalmatians movie came out

I guarantee that my former boss will be one of these. At the beginning of the lockdown she locked herself up in her house and strictly worked from home. She got herself a dog and encouraged us to work from home as much as possible to avoid contact with the frontline employees. Her biweekly touch points with me was mainly asking about my feelings, blah blah blah. She always questioned me on why I was out helping the frontline as much as I was because I was putting myself “at risk”. I got fed up with it one time and I told her because that’s where our paychecks are coming from.

Believe it or not, both of our birds are pretty potty trained. They hardly poop in their cage unless they can't handle it any longer. We take them out of their cage and take them outside to do their business. We also take them out every so often so they can go. They are smart. An African Grey is said to be as smart as a typical 4 year old. The Cockatoo wasn't potty trained but I worked with him and all is good now. Accidents happen but we aren't cleaning up poop constantly thankfully.
