Of course not. But nothing is precluding "Emily Brown of Kansas City" to get off her lazy rear-end and find a part time job at Dollar General or McDonalds that meets her needs for the two year old. Emily Brown evidently has no shame.

Maybe Emily brown did have a job and got laid off and is diabetic or maybe Emily browns daughter was in the hospital for the first 6 months of her life racking up medical debt that couldnt be paid when Emily brown lost her job due to covid.
You don't know a damn thing about Emily brown, and she may be horrifically embarrassed that she has to try to feed her child this way yet you're quick to judge her intentions.

Free food is supposed to be a short term fix. So, many motherfrickering lowlives using it as a lifestyle.

Or Emily Brown is just riding the "gimmee, gimmee" train knowing the wind is at her back as pushback is frowned upon.
Again,she has no shame.

Another piece of hackivist journalism and Mingo, out of an abundance of studied ignorance and poor education, fell for it. Typical.

The chief executive of a corporation typically is called a CEO.

Eight years after her food pantry experience, Brown is now one of the few people running a program dedicated to helping people with allergies and intolerance access safe foods.
Brown’s nonprofit, the Food Equality Initiative, serves about 200 families with Celiac or food allergies, providing them $150 per month to use in an online marketplace with allergy-friendly foods. Some of her clients use the benefit to supplement government assistance programs
She was down, saw something she didn't like and started something that helps other people while pulling herself out of the situation.
Sounds pretty noble to me. Great for her.

Great job reading the article dumbass. People like you are the reason "fake news" is everywhere. You read a headline and form an opinion. Irresponsible, like a child

Odd that you didn't quote the most relevant part of the article.
This isn't some GoFundMe crybaby handout situation. This is a case where someone picked themselves up and are now helping others out.

Doesn't fit their narrative and they don't have the 3 minutes to get all of the facts to form their opinion.

Mingo, do you ever take a break from bitching about politics all during the afternoon and like.. step outside.
Listen to a bird chirp.
Smell a flower.
Something, anything for your heart.

Not many.
If you can barely afford to take care of yourself, it's probably a wise decision to forego having children.

you sure have been white knighting for people who make bad life decisions lately.
why are you so accepting of those that make dumbass decisions when it comes to finances, but not when it comes to being fat?

You mean like starting a business you are passionate about and pulling yourself out of the problem you were in?
You didn't read the article either, congrats.

And to address this part of your question, have you ever seen me say anything negative to a person that realizes they're overweight and want advice to change that? Or do I say shite to people that are objectively fat but make excuses and talk themselves into lies that they aren't?
