Peeps of the Northshore: Will St. Tammany eventually be affected by white flight?

I grew up in Gentilly when it was still a very safe neighborhood (a long time ago), no one ever thought it would turn into what it did, do you folks ever see this happened with the Covington/Mandeville/Madisonville area?

First off where are they gonna go?

White flight is an outdated term. Middle class flight is more accurate these days.

Just look at all the drug busts. St Tammany is getting worse and worse. It's definitely on the decline.

It’s just going through growing pain. It’s still the best place in South LA to live for a family.
