Looks like trolla is a trollin or as ignorant/dumb as the low intellect person this thread is about.

It really is sad, we have regressed so much morally and ethically and we see that in our options for president.

With all due respect, this is not completely true. Even the head of the business does not have that authority. Just ask the owner of the bakery that refused service to queers.

in louisiana they can. we're an employee-at-will state. aka fire-at-will.

I'm saying that would take some of the liability on part of the owners out of the equation. More of a inadequacy to perform a job instead of a discrimination suit.

You right. One may be a poor choice while the other is a known liar, cheat, crook and sat by and watched while people under her command were brutally murdered .... and then lied to their families.

slow news day i suppose.

Missing the bigger issue: Who has balloons at a funeral for a grownup?
Posted on 10/4/16 at 8:43 am to xLxSxUxFxAxNx
true but not true.
Meaning - if your are white - sure, right to work state and all.
Minority - doesn't matter. At the VERY LEAST you will be on the hook for unemployment benefits.
Trust me, the system does not work. White privilege (being unapologetically discriminated against because of skin color <-- the true definition) is alive and kicking in the business world.
TLDR - Even in a right to work state -- minorities are DIFFICULT to fire, without costing you some money. (wrongful term, discrimination, unemployment benefits, etc etc.) White people - I don't like your face - frick off. And no repercussions....

only if your firing them for being a minority. it's actually pretty easy otherwise.

So if someone came in and stated they wanted to order red, black and green balloons (African flag colors) for the death of a BLM supporter and the clerk refused to sell them and instead got another employee to do it, it would go totally unnoticed, right?
We all know that would not be the case at all.

How about this one then. If you want to make a political statement at work, then work for yourself.
If you work for someone else you are paid to provide customer service to every customer of that business, not just the ones you like. If you do not provide that service then they have every right to fire you for poor job performance and hire someone who will do the job.
Make your political statements on your own time.

What's wrong with having 'colored only' water fountains? People still get to drink.
