Can you designate a part of your establishment as after hours only and not sell alcohol in that area? Then at 9:59 everyone hauls their purchased alcohol to that area and stays there.

Sell liquor by the pitcher from 9:30 - 10:00. Refresh ice as needed throughout the rest of the night.
ETA: Is there a restriction on service of booze at special events like weddings? If not, maybe get a temp event license (or whatever you need to serve booze like a caterer). Every night the bar closes at 9:59, special event with a cash bar starts at 10:00.

Local bar owner in NWLA announced on FB that she will be open normal hours 2 months ago and she is still open. If I didn't live so far away I'd be there tonight with ya, phuk jbe.

I don't think alot of people question the existence of Covid19 what people do question is the power alloted to local government to pick and choose what can open and close. Some people like the OP have businesses that they invested their life and their savings to watch it fail because of political bullshite. My .02
