Actually just read more on the illegal immigrant worker and feel bad for the poor bastard. He was injured on the job site (no workers compensation insurance) and he suffered injuries severe enough that surgery is required immediately. He was caught up in the collapse. He was immediately transported to a local Hospital who then discharged him because he didn't have any insurance.

ICE picked him up two days later at his rental house in New Orleans East while he was bedridden. Now the poor bastard is bedridden in a cell in Oakdale, Louisiana awaiting his extradition.

Actually no he isn't. Oakdale isn't equipped to deal with the extent of his injuries.

The timeline may move back due to wind. Noon would be earliest but not looking likely at this point due to wind.

NOFD Chief "Everyone will be wearing hearing protection & eye protection due to the loud impact and anyone nearby should do the same."

NOFD Chief on "EVACUATION ZONE: NO ONE is allowed in the perimeter; must evacuate"

NOPD Chief on "EXCLUSION ZONE: YOU HAVE TO STAY INSIDE; no one can be outside...not even on rooftops."
