Lol I'm sure the city has the discretion to revoke permits following a collapse during construction.
That’s different than declaring a demo you fricking idiot.

I agree 1000% with the mayor. It’s a threat. Bring it down now

What's your legal argument for the city being unable to declare a partially collapsed and unstable building as a hazard that must be demo'd?
Please cite your statutes and case law. Thanks.

I'd imagibe the VCC might offer an avenue as well, though I have no idea what that would be.
Not to mention the developers, and their lawyers, will probably have their hands full.

It doesn’t matter what you, the mayor or Johnny says or thinks.
The attorneys will fight them and the judge will decide what happens to the excising structure
LaStupid Cantrell cannot make that decision by herself like she just did on live TV.
That shows you how fricking clueless she is

Hey man, you obviously have a beef with me as you keep stalking my post.
I have no idea who you are but do I need to?

The city has the authority to deem it a public nuisance or imminent danger and order it to be demolished.
Posted on 10/20/19 at 5:24 pm to tgrbaitn08
Looks like the demo company lit the fuse on someone's tampon.

I'm replying to your reply to me. Are you retarded? Serious question.
You say the lawyers are gonna fight it and Latoya doesn't know what she's talking about. Go ahead and fill us in. You seem to think the city can't order a demo. Tell us why.

Correct.
And the developers have the right to fight it.
See how that works?

Why you melting?
You said Latoya doesn’t have the authority and I’m saying she does. You were wrong.

yes she pretty much can as long as correct procedures are followed. While the site is private property the building can only be constructed at the city’s discretion.
a permit is exactly that...permission
