Yeah not sure why this is in the news. Office affairs happen all the time.
Christian school. Media hates religion. Assumes they are right wing republicans. If it were a public school it would never make the news.
HAs to be teacher and student for a public school to make the news.

Agreed. People that aren't medical doctors that insist on being called "Doctor" are insecure. Anyone overly concerned with titles is insecure.
People that constantly need to reference their resume in their title or email signature block are insecure.

Average ACT score there is 26. Average for Louisiana schools is 18. The quality of education is objectively better. My nephew is black and my sister sends him there for that reason. He doesn’t play sports.

Also, are you aware that former local TV news person Jeanne Burns is one of Parkview’s famous alums?
Edit: I see someone already pointed that out.

I find this a little suspect. A white teacher sexually assaulted a young black student and the police and WAFB were involved, and it was never on the news? Also, she was the person that told the parents, not the police?
Black Baton Rouge Women make up stupid shite all the time on Facebook. Just look at any WAFB or any news outlet post or any School Board posts. It's all victim and black abuse and black kids getting racially abused this and that.

I looked up the school directory for potential affair candidates and my God does Parkview have a massive staff

That tends to happen when you can select for quality/affluence.

This is the main reason the tuition has went from $9k a year to over $20k/year in the last decade

How can anyone even question this? Obviously poor people are less intelligent on average. They're also lazier on average, and less attractive. If you can't admit these things to yourself, then you've got a lot of growing up to do.

I would just like to state for the record two things:
1) There is no place for men in education these days. It is a female dominated industry that, even though it DESPERATELY needs male influence, offers nothing that a man would be interested in besides hot faculty to fawn over. It is essentially for low T men who don't mind being underpaid and surrounded by teenage drama all the time. Your football coaches are the last bastion of masculinity in the school system and they are being pushed out the door systematically.
2) Being married to a teacher is a miserable life. They have no concept of how the world outside the school works. They assume that they can do anybody else's job, but no one can do theirs. They assume that the world would burn to the ground if they didn't stand up in front of their class, lecture for 20 minutes, then handout worksheets and sit at their desk till the bell rang every day. Then, they go home and bitch about their job, their pay, and all the drama going on with the bitch they can't stand, all the while refusing to change professions and rid themselves of all of that. They get paid pretty well for 9-10 month employees, but it's never enough and most, since they have so much time off, feel like they should be able to travel the world even though they can only afford a trip to Wal-mart.
This dude got caught with his hand in the nookie jar, and to quote Chris Rock talking about OJ "I'm not saying he should have....but I understand".

Not inherently. Their environment affords less learning opportunities.

If you knock some off the bottom, the average will naturally increase.
Also, Louisiana has this "everyone takes the ACT" policy which has been bringing the average down.
quote:
This chart shows the latest data for average ACT® Test scores by state. An important factor is the percentage of students who take the test in a particular state. In a state where the ACT® Test is mandated for all high school juniors, overall scores might be lower since everyone takes the ACT® Test.
State % taking Test Average Score
Louisiana 100 18.2
California 4 25.7
Connecticut 8 26.4
Alabama 100 18
Wyoming 100 19
Massachusetts 8 26.4
Looks like some state are way better at working the ACT system than Louisiana.
