Your kids and your fantasy football team are the two least interesting things to discuss with people. Luckily for me, in both cases mine suck so they rarely come up in conversation

That's not a truth, not even close.

That's why I don't get annoyed at fb friends who post a ton of baby pics. Chances are.....they do so for family that do not live nearby and not because they want to annoy those without children.
no nurse
its definitely to show off the kids to some 22 year old college kid

Sad to see the parents who rave about their kids' on-field accomplishments, while ignoring the fact that they have intelligence levels on par with that of Bobby Boucher.

My 2 year old got moved into the 3-4 year old class early.
My one month old girl just started middle school. She is also co-captain of the softball and soccer teams.

shite pisses me off. And they do it knowing my kids are better than them at every facet of life.

My kid is pretty smart too. I mean he's so smart they hooked him up to a big computer to try to teach it some things, but he had so much knowlege, it overloaded, and then it got really hot and caught on fire!

As a parent myself, parents suck for the most part.

Taking advantage of those with decency.

I don't see why simply bragging about your kids would be annoying to anyone
The only time it becomes annoying is when someone has to one-up the person who is proud. Let the person have their moment!

The only one that really annoys me is the chick that has her 10 year old doing pageants all the time wearing more makeup than a Vegas hooker. Every post is about pageants and raising money for them. The chick is a sister of a childhood friend and has gotten all fat and ugly so she is clearly living vicariously through her daughter. I'm very close to blocking or just unfriending her. I would love to one day just leave the comment "Jonbenet Ramsey" on her page.

I thinks it's worse when they post pics of them when their kid is sick or in the hospital... Like some kind of Munchausen's syndrome...

I'd rather see "proud parent" posts than the following:
1. Fake News articles
2. Gym Selfies
3. anything crossfit related
4. political posts about how evil the opposing party is
5. Posts intended for one person using "insider language" that is blasted to everyone
Social media is intended to be "social"...Not all posts are intended for you. Posts about family/kids is a good way to keep your extended family up to date no matter how far away they live.

How about "look at me I travel" posts
Or what about "I do yoga on a mountain top" girl?

I'm trying to slow down the bragging train, you idiot. Should I go through life like you taking Sh*t and being quiet as a dog? Are you a man or a lemming?

Meh those don't bug me. If I'm traveling someplace cool I'll post about it as well. That's what fb is for.
Now my coworker that feels the need to tag me and other nurses she works with every night she works saying "at work".....that shite needs to stop.
