If it can be proven they knew the kids were running fever and had to be tested and still sent the kids to school, then there needs to be criminal charges. Public endangerment, criminal negligence, etc. Not a felony, but it needs teeth.

Our school sent out a reminder that we are still in a pandemic and if your child has any of the following symptoms they need to stay home. They literally listed symptoms for everything that a kid can get that is NOT Covid. Stuffy and runny nose is the one I laughed at. Are schools gonna force Susie to quarantine for 14 days because she has a damn cold?
