Asking for a friend.

They should get a gift certificate to Chili’s for helping us reach herd immunity. The virus is not a risk to 99.9999% of children. The regular flu is much more deadly to them.

What should the penalty be for intentionally endangering all of the other kids? They should be arrested, IMO...

If it can be proven they knew the kids were running fever and had to be tested and still sent the kids to school, then there needs to be criminal charges. Public endangerment, criminal negligence, etc. Not a felony, but it needs teeth.

While this is true, what about all the teachers, workers, bus drivers, and office staff who are not children?

What’s the punishment for the flu? The virus that statistically is actually significantly more dangerous to children.

Any kid in exhibiting those symptoms is getting sent gone with the swiftness at my kids school here in S Fla.
