I would imagine most of those poor kids and grownup kids will have to be institutionalized for the rest of their lives.

Shame you can’t lock someone up for looking creepy. The dad would’ve gotten locked up years ago.

If the parents were doing this to them since they were kids then they were probably/likely completely submissive to their parents. I am not saying they were not mentally challenged, that could have been the case, but chaining up all 12 kids.. I would think that the parents are just evil hateful people.

If they are mentally challenged.. I don't know what to say because either way they should never see the day of light ever again.
