Last summer, i was driving my kids in a chick fila parking low and saw some dude jacking off while looking at his phone. I didn’t “see” his penis but definitely knew that motion…i even circled back to confirm before i called the cops but dude was sitting on the parking lot curb - out in public.
Because i didn’t “see” his penis and my children weren’t “exposed”..:they let him go
