Paging Napoleon - Moved fridge, won't cool now

I have an appliance issue.
I have a GE profile fridge, about 10 years old. Moved it from my basement to my garage, rolled it out to my trailer, and used a dolly to pull it onto the trailer, and back off at the garage, rolled it into place and plugged it in.
Noticed the next morning, the freezer temp was going down (setting at -1), was at 9 degrees, but the fridge was at 52 degrees (setting at 37).
Read online, not to plug in after moving, so I unplugged it for a few hours. Plugged it back in, doing the same thing. Freezer is freezing, but fridge is staying around 50 degrees and stopping.
Thoughts? Snide remarks?

Did you lay it down during this process?

Did you lay it on it's back or keep it upright the entire time? If you tilted it over it will take longer to get cold.
Also, how long was it off before you moved it? If it was unplugged for a long time it will take longer.
In any case, give it a while (maybe even a couple of days) to get cold again. Quit opening the door to check the temperature!

Have you tried blowing on it and putting it back in?

Put ice in it
This will actually work. The more you put the better. It’s only temporary though.

What?! That’s her job!

not enough humidity to make ice, dump some water in the back

Uncap all the lines and pour acetone in them. Then reconnect and plug it back in.

Feel around the fridge door and see if it is leaking cool air. You could have knocked the door out off alignment while moving.

Didn't lay it down, but when I trucked it up onto my trailer my foot slipped and it did settle down on the trailer harder than I wanted it to.

Didn't lay it over, but did tilt it to get it on the hand truck to roll up on the trailer.

I unplugged it and moved it 10 minutes later. Once I moved it, I plugged it right back in.

I do need to do that.

Almost everyone says leave it unplugged for ~24 hours. Try that.

Yeah, that's what I've been reading. I only left it unplugged for about 4 hours. Might have to try that.

I'd let it set for 24 hours upright, then plug it in.
