Been with wife for 12 years, both in our mid thirties: always bang a minimum of 3 times a week, sometimes a lot more! Dunno what's wrong with all these losers!

No kidding.
One strategy that has worked for us is morning secs. Just get up 20-30 min earlier than you need and roll over and start rubbing on her.
Make it a habit too. It’s easier to have sex 4 times per week than once a week I think.

We got married a year and a half ago...we're both in our mid to late 40s. We were together 3 years before we got hitched, and we went at it like rabbits. Not since the I do's though. She claims it's menopause. Whatever it is, it fricking sucks. I got laid WAAAAY more when I was single than married.

It’s sure true for me. After 25 years of marriage and the change, I’m lucky to get it 5x a yr. Truth is, at this point there are so many “dont’s” that I don’t even give a shite any more. It’s easier to not even try. And no, I’m not a fat arse slob.
I should have known and seen the signs years ago that she was broken. Again, I’d rather rub one out than bother with changing things. For a while, I was considering other options. But now, I’m just trying to get through life as easy as possible.

Yes it is true, but blaming it all on the woman is dumb. Men need to change too and they would if they were single and courting (I know its a pre boomer term) a single woman of the same age. Men lose interest in the chase after not having to chase and women don't feel appreciated anymore. Just show them some interest and it normalizes.
