That map is almost ten years old and the area being discussed was mostly unpopulated then.

Falcon Landing/Gaston Rd checking in. Lots of nice neighborhoods in a 5 mile radius of that intersection. Good schools, easy access to necessities, and quick access to i10.

Moved to Kelliwood from NOLA (Lakeview) in 2016. The increase in property tax was more than offset by the lack of state income tax and the reduction in insurance and utilities cost.

Cypress resident, love it. Towne Lake is my hood but looked in Bridgeland and would take either, just liked the house we wound up in better than the ones we saw in BL at the time.
Can't go wrong either way.
