Your choice of cardio is really up to you they'll all work. On cardio days in the program itself I wouldn't double up though. You don't want to over do it.
Cardio X is fine. You could probably even get away with X3 cardio. That ones only 30 minutes and used weights.

Gotcha.. I feel like I haven't worked enough sometimes after 30 minutes.. My wife during they day started doing Tony's 10 min video's before our 30 minute at night and she's dropped more weight so far than I have

I'd do X3, but I'm biased. I love doing pullups and using weights.

oh i just mean the physical need for salt. it means i wasn't drinking enough and my body wants salt to retain water
