Finished the The Warrior last night. Every muscle in my body is sore after a full week of P90X3. I intend to push thru and keep going. The biggest challenge for me right now is my diet. My metabolism speeds up and if I don't get better at nutrition, I won't see the results I want. I drink an EAS shake after my workouts, but I'm still eating like crazy at night. For example last night post workout...EAS shake, Full microwaveable bag of spanish rice with veggies, teriyaki chicken pieces, popcorn watching the games, followed by chicken breast pieces with no calorie dressing. Flavored water. No soda!

king you are going to have to learn to just suffer through it. It will only take a week or so for your body to adjust.
one thing to do is fill up on protein and lots and lots of veggies. the veggies will keep you fuller longer.

In X3 I think Tony mentions that one of the ladies is his girl. I want to say Shawna from X1...I think it was in the Pilates X3 video.
