Holy cow. I probably won't get that drastic, but I'll definitely add my protein powder and have it with my breakfast. I just need to get more mass on me. Damn you, X2.

Yeah, X2 made me loose a little mass too.

I did have some sick guns with it though. And balance and core were killer.

Just finished triometrics. A little sweaty, so about 5 minutes in I decided to go shirtless. The wife came in the room and sat down and just started ogling with that horny schoolgirl look.

Stuff like that makes it all worth it.

There's one of the benefits of exercise that you don't hear enough about. It makes the libido (men and women) veeeeery healthy.

I lifted tonight then did alpha cardio again. Im not doubling up, I will just do lower focus tomorrow. Was harder this time cause I did squats right before but overall not bad. Except my calves, the whole program kills mine. In the end I better have calves like keiland williams damn it.

For those asking and diet, you are going to have to start weighing every thing and tracking EVERY SINGLE FOOD YOU EAT until you get to where you understand portions. As far as macros go if you arent losing then try 1600 cals a day with a 50% protein 25% fat and 25% carbs for a while. But you are going to have to start using myfitnesspal and tracking EVERYTHING. Tasting a chip here or the rice and gravy etc can easily put you over your calories for day without even realizing it, so stop snacking and start tracking.

Look on Amazon for a good food scale.

Sabi since you don't wont to lose anymore weight you should really look into getting a nice set of powerblocks, a bench and doing beast body after p90x3. Would be ideal for your goals.

Make sure you giver her plenty of praise and possibly a reward.

The offer still stands to let my wife coach her. I'm sure she could relate to her experience and help motivate her.
