'm looking at my guide, and it says for Fat Shredder 2.0 (this is X2) is 7 proteins, 3 dairies, 1 fruit, 4 vegetables, 1 fat, .5 grains, .5 legumes and tubers, 2 condiments, and 2 snacks

I'm not doing the official diet this time around, although i probably should. But that just gives me flashbacks. So...much...protein...

I think the burnout workout at the end of incinerator may be the hardest workout of all. 2+ min in plank and sphinx with pushups.

The punches/sprawl at the end of MMX is pretty hard after that monster.

I've been drinking too much on the weekends so I haven't been doing the doubles. Still down 15lbs through 6 weeks

Who here uses Shakeology? It's pretty expensive for a month's supply, but I've also read very good things about it.

SabiDojo, Dr. Tyger, etc. - do you guys use it year round?

I've never used it, but I'm going to. It is pretty pricey. It's the reason I haven't subscribed to it yet.

Dr. Tyger uses it often I believe. He's probably getting a much better deal than us though.

I use it everyday. I do get a pretty good discount because I'm a coach.

And it's bit pricey, but when you consider it's a months supply at a time and you can shave on the shipping a good bit by getting it autoshipped it comes out to about $4.50 a serving, which, let's be honest, you spend more at taco bell for a crappy lunch. This stuff is way better than taco bell.

Last week I only did two doubles, but this week I started out with Dynamix and Yoga yesterday and I did Iso this morning and The Warrior tonight.

These workouts are addictive. Love it.

Dammit! I want to start X3!

So, in doubles, can you do one workout in the morning and the other at night?

I'm doing X2 (my second time doing it [consecutively]). The results are great, but X3 just looks like fun.

Waking up to exercise for over an hour is kind of tough. 30 minutes sounds much more doable.
