Mardi gras has REALLY fricked me as expected.
I was on week 8 last week. Supposed to start week 9 Thursday but muses got in the way. Been drinkif about 2,000 calories a day since and eating shite. Losing 8 weeks of momentum.
I'm not catholic but giving up alcohol for lent along with my fiancée so starting Thursday I'm gonna slam the last 5 weeks.

You don't say?
Happens to the best of us around Mardi Gras. You just gotta do your best to keep it in moderation then really be clean, like squeaky clean after to make up for it.
If you get that bloated stomach feeling after all that, supplementing zinc can help.

Just finished decelerator for the first time. Pretty tough workout, elevator pull-ups are very hard.

Finished week 6 triometrics tonight. Does any one else get pumped up when the music starts during the superman lunge? I haven't changed my eating habits. Stayed roughly the same weight, but obvious loss in my belly and growth in arms and pecs.

Will taken zinc reduce bloating?
What other supplements do you recommend for an old fart who is entering week 3 feels great but gaining not losing weight?

Eccentric lower may be my least favorite p90x exercise ever

Mardi Gras screwed me as well.
Only did half a week. Repeating it this week.

If you're gaining weight you have to be at a calorie surplus.

Clearly you haven't done isometrix yet.

It will reduce the bloating feeling. The actual bloating goes away with time and not eating like a shite head.

If this you're first time working out hard in a while then you're body is probably really stressed and retaining a lot of water. Especially if your diet isn't that great and it sounds like it isn't from last post. Give it a little time and everything should come off, but just remember that the exercise is the work, but your results are directly correlated to your nutrition.

not necessarily. there's still the possibility of retaining water, especially after eating a bunch of salty food.

Not hardest, just didn't enjoy. Too many different weight combo slows the pace. The workouts were boring.

I didn't say hardest, I said lest favorite like you.
I fricking hate isometrix. They say it's the hardest part of yoga, well it's the part of yoga I fricking hate and it's 30 full minutes of it.
I think I said, "frick you, Tony Horton" about a dozen times during that workout.

I travel a lot. If you buy the package, is there any way to download them to an iPad so you can play them in hotel workout facilities? I'd hate to have to carry the dvd's everywhere I go.

You can rip them onto your computer and sync them to your ipad. That's a shite load of memory though.
There's also the p90x app. No videos, but it does list the workouts so if your familiar with them it's a good alternative.

Did decelerator last night. I cussed the tv thoroughly. I just couldn't do some of the moves in that workout, and i found that some of the exercises were made up with no rhyme or reason as to what they actually do. I also could have been doing really bad form, thus why i didn't find them very useful.
It did kick my arse though. I was winded around the 15 minute mark.

I think they might be having trouble with their systems because from my end I can see your registration but not your order. If it's not better by tomorrow I'll call the corporate office and ask them.
