Went through the first 6 days, got sore as hell so I took the weekend off to recoup. Got back at it today with warrior and I should be good to finish the rest of it now without a prolonged break again.

Sabi how did you incorporate shakeology into your diet? Just as a post workout drink or a meal supplement?

After Yoga on Yoga days.
In the morning with breakfast.
I hardly ever drink it alone, but I'm not looking to lose weight

And I mix it with almond milk and peanut butter.

I refuse to use shakeology. I just spent $125 on a video and you;re gonna subject me to ads?

Personally, I think it tastes awful.

We got a few sample pouches.
It is absolutely awful.
I've been using the GNC Lean stuff. One for breakfast and another on the way home around 4-5.

Had to do some traveling for work over the last couple of weeks and going to chicago this weekend. I was about a week and a half from ending the first round of x3, so I've decided to just kind of take this week off and plan to start it all again when I get home from chi-town.
Going to take some pictures/measurements this time I think. Getting the proper pictures via selfies doesn't work out very well
All in all, I'm very happy with the progress I made. Last week's challenge was the first time I've ever actually hit my goal of push-ups all the way through without having to drop down to my knees to finish, so that had me pretty pumped. Now time to just increase my number by like 2 and see what happens next go round.
I also need to invest in either more bands or some heavier dumbbells or both. I still use the bands instead of my pull-up assist because I can only max out at like 5 pull-ups even with the assist and I feel like I get more out of the bands currently but I'm on the verge of focusing on just using the assist. I'd like some heavier dummbells for things like weighted squats and the presses that I have to do and don't always feel comfortable using the bands for those, but dumbbells are expensive as shite
It's been a decent 3 months, and I can do better but I like the start I've got...now just got to keep this momentum going and maybe focus some more on my diet so I can shed some more fat.

Good to hear about your progress, Im in last couple weeks of phase three. I'm deciding whether to do the elite block or go to p90x/t25 hybrid after.

T25 alpha week 3 checking in. It's double workout day and I'll hit it after work. Feeling tighter already. I'm not weighing but I can see the weight loss in my face. Really looking to see it in my stomach soon.

I did double day today on week 2. Lower focus and abs.

Thinking about dropping $300 on the whole set. I know this thread may be a little bias but would you guys say it's worth it? I've lost over 35 pounds and I'm looking to put some muscle back on my bones.

Finishing up day 12 today, definitely not as sore the second go round but I'm not sure if that's bc I used bands last time or not. I feel like I get a waaay better workout with the bands.

In order of most brutal to least brutal on Beta:
Dynamic Core
Speed 2.0
Upper Focus
Core Cardio
Ript Circuit
IMO Core Cardio is more brutal than Dynamic Core. I usually double up on those two on Wednesday.
Toughest T25 workouts for me are Gamma Rip't Up & Gamma Extreme Circuit.

Dude, I agree. Core Cardio is one of the hardest workouts in that program.
