Day 3 tomorrow along with another 3 mile run. No good rats, no beer my life is boring as hell right now.

Who else is starting back today? Havent worked out in two weeks and starting insanity max 30. I have a bad feeling about tonight.

I haven't missed a workout in over a year.

Insanity Max 30? Sounds awful.

T-25 was tough.

going to hit the fitness blender 40 minute Core/HIIT workout. this one is really good.

Re-starting X3 today along with a diet this time. I've been reading up on Intermittent Fasting (Engineering the Alpha Male, Eat Stop Eat) and I'm going to give it a try too. Going to try 16/8 with a day or two of 24 hour fast per week.

Starting today also.

As far as IF goes, read leangains.com if yiu wanna go 16/8. Also i have martins actual excell spreadsheets, he sends to clients if you want them.

Pre & Post workout?

Brand of fish oil?

Multi-vitamin?

Protein?


I'm sure this has been discussed somewhere in this 235 page thread, so if someone can link the specific post, that would be great

I used to take creatine tabs, but I stopped. I just drink water and try to eat right.

For the record, I've done it before (16/8) and it made me irritable as hell. I lost weight the first time I did it but didn't get the workout benefit that some associate with IF.

I'm drinking chocolate milk mixed protein shake after workouts.

Before workouts? Either a banana, coffee, or some skittles.

Not taking a vitamin anymore. Probably should.

Prepare to become a superhuman. I did T-25 and felt like I was going to die. I can't imagine what Insanity is like.
