Who else is starting back today? Havent worked out in two weeks and starting insanity max 30. I have a bad feeling about tonight.

Re-starting X3 today along with a diet this time. I've been reading up on Intermittent Fasting (Engineering the Alpha Male, Eat Stop Eat) and I'm going to give it a try too. Going to try 16/8 with a day or two of 24 hour fast per week.

As far as IF goes, read leangains.com if yiu wanna go 16/8. Also i have martins actual excell spreadsheets, he sends to clients if you want them.

I used to take creatine tabs, but I stopped. I just drink water and try to eat right.

For the record, I've done it before (16/8) and it made me irritable as hell. I lost weight the first time I did it but didn't get the workout benefit that some associate with IF.

Prepare to become a superhuman. I did T-25 and felt like I was going to die. I can't imagine what Insanity is like.
