Week 3 started today...Eccentric Upper. Military push-ups getting easier and easier. My first day that included a military push-up (challenge week 1 I think) had me collapsing and dropping to my knees after 1 I think. Got through about 8 of the 3 second delay military style today before running in to problems. Feels good.

I did Isometrics followed by the Fit Test of Asylum. Holy shite! I was throwing sweat everywhere. But I'm going to have to workout in my garage with it. Not enough space in my 4th bedroom with all the other stuff in there.

Had the fit club today. Lots of new faces showed up. All girls. Some McNeese students too. If any of you Lake Charles bros are single...

Eccentric Upper might be my favorite workout. I know. I know. I say that about every workout. The pullups are awesome. Doing them slowly really engages my stomach.

In 2nd week of T25 Gamma now. Had Rip'd Up yesterday and Extreme Circuit today. Rip'd Up is brutal, Extreme Circuit not quite as bad.
I've got Speed 3.0 tomorrow morning which is an awesome workout. Like Speed 2.0 I'd say it's actually pretty fun and really flies by fast. Love it.

I'm so ready to start t25. Hopefully I'll be in good enough shape to continue on with Gamma

Going from 2500-2700 calories to 1800-2000 calories sucks!

IMO the jump from Alpha to Beta is tougher than the jump from Beta to Gamma. Gamma is just way more strength training with weights......and a shite ton of burpees.

Starting it back up today. Look forward to it. Let's get it done.

I wanna transition out of Alpha in my hybrid schedule. But Gama is burning a hole in my pocket. Is it crazy to go straight from Alpha to Gama?

Stay strong, brother. Water is your new best friend.

Yeah I've been drinking a 600ml bottle about every 2-3 hours awake. Lots of peeing.

Yesterday I had Chest and Back. I was crushing this video thinking "wow I'm really getting stronger". Then a little more than half way through the video I'm doing decline pushups and bammm! My arms give out and I hit the floor almost chin first. No big deal....took a 2 minute break and tried to go again. Well guess what.....nothing. I couldn't do any more pushups. I wasn't tired or really breathing hard. My chest just would not push me up....it felt like I had a serious pump with my chest muscles but I could not push another one out. I wake up thinking this morning thinking I would be sore as shite but nothing. I can tell I did a workout but not nearly sore as the past weeks. Any ideas on what was going on? No way I could be dehydrated bc I drink 1 gallon of water a day (not including some crystal light I drink with supper).
Yea I know TLDR

You worked your chest to failure. That's a good thing, it's how you get the biggest strength gains.
It's not surprising that you're not sore. After the initial few days of soreness your body adapts and you won't feel that pain every time.
This is assuming that you can pushup yourself up today after a good bit of rest.
