Vegan or Regular?

You might be adding too much water or milk like Sabi said. When you dilute it too much it just tastes like chalk. Especially with something unsweetened.

Was anybody else massively disappointed with Rip't Circuit? Yes, I have the resistance bands, which makes some exercises impossible (and they should tell you as much) but even outside that, I didn't think I got a great workout in. I am sweating, but not much; I little to no muscle fatigue; and the only thing I feel like got a decent workout was my abs thanks to the 5 count power abs.

For those that have done beta all the way through, did you modify anything? Even the guy on the video was struggling with the bands, so I can imagine buying dumbbells will help, but anything else? I hesitate to buy 'em when I have no faith in the routine. Don't want to blow the cash.

Abs were my favorite part of that workout too. If you're not feeling it using the bands then you either need to use heavier bands or increase the tension on the one you have by repositioning your feet. You won't get a super pump like you do in The Challenge, but you should feel it.

I did Gama Rip't Up last night. You will definitely feel that one. Especially if you do the pull-ups with it.

Trust me, I did all that, but there are exercises that even doing that doesn't help (e.g. sldl's). And more than that the band is just unwieldy and difficult to maneuver around, which is why I think nurse recommended getting dumbbells.

I think I'll stick with a gym routine of Rip't Circuit days and just incorporate that routine into my lifts.

just finished Yoga a little bit ago...pulled off a crow pose for ~5 seconds! I know that doesn't sound like much but I've gone from a complete and total how the frick did he do that attempt to falling on my face and almost breaking my wrist attempt to slowly building up. I really think that Yoga has become my favorite workout, even if there is a 5-10 minute phase that I hate (twisted up 1/2 crescent moons and shite)

I would just think dumbbells are easier to use/control.

And I think I'm officially done with T25. My foot is still hurting me bad. Guess I will just have to find another program that agrees with my PF. Sucks because I only had another week or two in Alpha...I liked beta much more than alpha round.

Your first week is going to be:

Cardio

Speed 1.0

Total Body Circuit

Ab Intervals

Lower Focus & Cardio

So, Shaun T recommends "doubling up" on Day 5, but you can do the second workout the next day, if you like.

Go ahead and open it up and look at the schedule. That way you know what day you have off. I prefer having Saturdays off. That's just me.

No

Only swimming I will do is doing laps with a kickboard with my head above water.

I've been researching what I can do for cardio while my foot gets better. Looks like cycling/stationary bike and rowing machine are my best bet.

No jumping or running(why T25 is out).

I have a big hike planned for Saturday(7 miles hike with my dog hiking group). So I'm resting up in hopes I can still do the hike(it won't be strenuous at all....just long).
