Just got done doing alpha cardio for the last time. Had 4 hours sleep last night as I had to catch a 630 am flight. Whooped my arse. I don't know how you do it on less than 6 hours sleep. shite sucks. Of course, I had a beer at lunch to boot, but let's not talk about that.

I just did lower focus and my June legs and abs challenge exercises
I'll double up next two days to get my workouts in. If I'm cancelled at work tonight I'll do another workout.

I posted in the other thread but I'll copy and paste what I wrote in it in here about 21 Day Fix:
I just watched a YouTube video about it and seems very easy/user-friendly to follow. I like that you can go out to eat as long as you're eating within your portions and food groups/containers...Oh and I like the idea of substituting a carb container 3 times a week for the little orange container filled with chocolate or another mini dessert. . Lately I've just been low carbing it and working out at the gym but I think I need a change up in my routine and want to lose more weight.

Yeah it's very easy to follow.
You get to where you can eyeball and know how much carbs, etc are allowed in each container.
There are tons of apps you can put on your phone to help track your containers as well.
