I agree, but I'd spend a hefty fee for an hour with either of them.

Stephanie looks more flexible too.

When do you start Asylum?

Asylum looks like a great routine. I think I'm gonna do BodyBeast next though.

Umm guys I have a question. I ordered t25 but I just realized it never asked me for credit card info or anything. I got a confirmation that it shipped though.

That's a little weird.

Sabi, check your office for his order.

Did you get a receipt for T25 or just for the Team Beachbody membership.

So I'm on my last week. Thinking about only doing half the weeks workout so I can get a little rest and start Asylum Sunday!

I definitely have to get a pull-up band. I went to crossfit with my wife yesterday and used one. Really feel the difference today from doing 5-6 times the reps at a time.

Sweet. Any big advantage with the P90X version over the regular bands? I understand it is adjustable, but there's quite a difference in price.

Glad you got it figured out. Contact me if you ever have any questions.

Today is Total Body Circuit and Eccentric Upper. I'm excited. It's my first day of the 2nd Block of X3.

Package is suppose to be here thursday. I wanna feel productive in the mean time so I went to the grocery store yesterday and loaded up for my diet. Not sure I've ever seen my buggy so colorful .

The only thing I'm not sure about is how many calories I should be getting. The guide recommends 1600 for me but that seems pretty low for a guy my size (6'2 240 lbs). I need to lose about 50 or so but damn

I think 1600 is low. If you want, I can send you the formula from the X3 Nutrition Guide. It might be better.

It's the little things, my friend. Zucchini noodles instead of bread pasta, unsweetened almond milk instead of regular milk. Don't eat a lot of fruit, though of course you want some. Ground turkey instead of beef. Turkey bacon, egg whites, nuts, etc. These things can really change your game. And, Shakeology is just amazing. You'll lose weight, have energy, and be healthier.

Just stick with the routines. Don't skip workouts, and don't try to substitute workouts. Give the program a chance to work.

I'm rooting for you, sir.

How was that bill? I've found out that eating well isn't cheap.

Well I had to buy some things like containers, blender and a foreman grill so mine was a little higher. The food itself was probably only like hundred and fifty bucks but I bought enough chicken/fish to last two weeks and some spices/seasoning/olive oil that are obviously reusable.

If you look at it as a single payment it might appear to be more expensive but if you view it on a meal by meal basis it's far more affordable than fast food. Probably less affordable than microwavable meals but I don't believe you can get healthy with those.

It actually saves a ton of money cooking your own healthy food then having to settle for a quick fix.
