Yeah some days P90X3, some days T25.

Abs everyday. (Just certain moves I know. Not from any video.)

Arm workout when I feel like it.

Abs everyday? Maybe you can do a DrTiggs vid so your followers can copy?

Man, I'm usually pretty beat after T-25 and X3.

Just discovering this thread. Has anyone here completed the insanity asylum. I just finished day 10. After every workout i find myself laid out on the floor from exhaustion. My old High school football training has nothing on this craziness

I'm looking forward to T25. But I'll probably throw some X3 in with it from day to day.

Yoga this morning...it was great, but if anything all it did was increase the effects on my legs that triometrics started with regards to being sore. Eccentric Lower is tomorrow and I'm fully expecting that my legs may fall off by the end of this week

Eccentric Lower

It is a tough routine, but I need to add some more weight to my excercises (just thought they were too easy). I also think the calf dog left/right excercise at the end is a wast of time. Changing that to simple one leg calf lifts with weights next time.

Sab,

What made you decide to start taking weight gainer? I'm 5'9" and about 150 pounds. I have, and have for my whole life, had a thin frame. I'm never going to be swole busting out of my shirts. I started working out about 2 months ago and am very pleased with the results so far. I'm losing fat and can see my muscles..but I still just don't weigh much.

What was the point that made you say "yes, I need to take weight gaining supplements with a shite ton of carbs because I want to gain weight"? I don't know the first thing about weight gainers.

He's trying to add some mass. Carb cycling with a weight gainer may assist in adding mass while simultaneously remaining as lean as possible.
Carb cycling

The idea is that carbs fuel your workouts and muscle gains in a similar fashion to protein and that you should cycle the amount of carbs you intake based on the workout you are doing. Then lay off them during days that you are not lifting heavy.

Additionally, if I'm not mistaken, Sabi can address this directly, he's taking creatine. In an effort to give creatine its most impactful effect, body builders suggest taking in about 80g of a combination of protein and carbs (I think that's the right amount) to reach hyperinsulinemea which will assist in muscle growth and absorption of creatine into the blood. Pretty sure this is why some bodybuilders suggest eating pixie stix prior to a workout - simple sugars to break down during the workout and give you a boost of energy while helping you reach hyperinsulinemea.

But those would be why.

I'm new to it too. I decided to take it because I actually consider it necessary for me to stay healthy. I was 208 and now I'm 150-155 and I'm 5'11". I'm ripped, but it was just time to add mass. I'm doing T-25 and X3 every single day, so my caloric intake is 3,300 to 3,500 calories per day. It's almost impossible for me to eat that much when eating healthy. So, I've decided to use a weight gainer. One serving is 700 calories and 115g of carbs. It's low in sodium and sugar. It has only been a day, but I'm sure I'll be happy with it.

I did the same thing as Sabi when I did Insanity the first time. I was happy with my weight so I didn't want to lose any but I wanted to increase my cardio. When I calculated it out, I needed 4,000 calories a day to maintain weight while doing Insanity. There was no way I was gonna get that even if I ate everything in sight so I added a mass gainer shake.

And I still lost weight.
