How do some of you add oatmeal to your protein shakes? Do you just take regular oatmeal, cook it and dump it in shake or just open the little package and empty it uncooked and dry into the shake?

1 scoop of ice cream has a better nutritional profile than 1 cup of oatmeal - 100% srs

If I remember correctly, it was just a way to cut down on saturated fats. I have made bigger diet changes recently to address those, so I think I'd probably be okay on 2%. My new doctor seems unconcerned with triglycerides unless they get ridiculously high. I'm otherwise healthy, and not overweight. Hereditary thing. Thanks Dad.

I just ate some banana fosters cheese cake ice cream! That shite was so good. Took the family out after supper. They leaving for a week.

I read up on it. Sounds a lot like PAP Upper from P90X2, which is one of my all time favorite workouts.

Did The Challenge for the first time tonight. Full reps all the way through on push-ups, but burnt out very early on pull-ups.

TBC today. Got fricking wrecked by push up progressions again. Then I did that Core workout on Tony Horton's Youtube page. Crushed that. Felt great.

Want to do another workout in about an hour! Hahaha.

If you count the 5 sets of abs I did after CVX then yes.
