I should do this tomorrow since I slept in and skipped my morning workout. It's been too long since I have done anything of an upper body workout with the transition.

Just had to shut total body circuit down with about 10 min left. Something God awful is going on with my hamstring right now.

I'm on week 4 of alpha. Not sure if I'll be able to finish the week. I'll see how it feels in the morn. I'm considering doing another round of alpha before going on to beta anyway

i just made the switch to beta after thinking similar things. don't
i'm not doing ript circuit and am doing alpha TBC instead. the cardio-type stuff is much better in beta. if my fatass has the stamina to do it, you can (once you get 3-4 weeks of alpha done). i may also sub in the alpha ab intervals for some dynamic core. both are killers
