Alpha Cardio is a serious freaking workout. I'm afraid to see what Beta is like.

After you finish alpha you will be ready for beta. It isn't that bad. Cardio seems easier for me but the weights are what is killing me.

There are two alpha workouts that frighten me: TBC and Lower Focus. Going from Pulsing deep lunges to deep lunge holds is fricking impossible for me. I can never make it through those.

A morning TBC following a night alpha cardio was insane. Hard to keep a rigid schedule with kids. I get it in when I can but boy that was hard. My legs were still jello from last night.

Core Cardio and Speed 2.0 are the toughest two Beta workouts, but they're doable.
I've got 1 week of Beta left, but my left ankle is acting up so I think I'm going to create my own modified workouts for this week using some upper body stuff from upper focus and some of the ab workouts from dynamic core.
Got to make sure that my ankle is good to go for when I make the jump to Gamma in a couple weeks.

you will shockingly find it easy as frick down the road. i actually took like 4 days off at one point and my legs fully healed and all that got easy
my knees are finally better and hopefully i'm done being off the wagon and i'm going to do some modified stuff in alpha and beta until i can do total body circuit 100% without modifiers

Things are looking really good for my fit club in Lake Charles. Preliminary first day is June 2 right now.

Didn't read any other posts, but are you saying that you are opening a club in Lake Charles on June 2? Or that you will finally be admitted into a fitness club on June 2 because you aren't a fatty anymore..?

Did alpha cardio and stretch today.
Had to modify A LOT. Just no energy today

The first one.
We do a beachbody workout together once a week at this facility. Good for motivation and competition.

DrTyger is a Beachbody coach. I think it's A Beachbody Accountability Group of some sort and they plan to actually meet and do the workouts. If that's the case, I highly recommend it. DrTyger is my Coach and he got me where I wanted to be. He gave me nutritional insight, helped me with my form, and, most of all, he always encouraged me. I wouldn't be where I am today without Dr Tiggs.
If you're already in shape, then you might be open to new challenges. If so, give it a shot.

Fell a few weeks behind but started up Phase 2 of X3. Eccentric Upper was pretty tough. Had to do a few girl push-ups and assisted pull-ups, but made it through.
