I'm three weeks behind, but I never technically missed a whole week. I would start and get about 3 or 4 days of the rest week and things would come up and I couldn't finish so I would just start over because I didn't feel like I deserved to move on.

I have to confess something. I fell off the wagon big time this weekend. Between Bayou Country Superfest, visiting family, and Memorial Day copious amounts of alcohol, fried food, and sugar were consumed.
I'll have to use this week to get back on track.

And Sabi I'm actually not that anti skin on chicken. I think it only makes a minor difference.

Did my first week of a P90x/T25 hybrid. Was very sore up until Saturday afternoon. Was pretty bummed to see myself actually gain 1 lb after eating very very good all week with Sunday being the exception. Not sure what to think of it but its pretty disappointing

It's likely water weight. And weight will fluctuate +/- a few pounds daily regardless of your actions. Don't get frustrated over one measly pound.

Just sucks because I felt like I busted arse this week eating right and working out then I step on scale and see a 1lb increase

Sweetened tea will have a ton of carbs from the sugar. I would not drink it unless it was maybe 20 minutes or so before a workout - at that point it may actually be pretty good to drink since the simple sugar based carbs will give you a boost of energy and the caffeine in the tea will do the same and increase focus.
Crystal light has no carbs and only 5 calories per packet. Now, you can get into a major debate about sugar substitutes if you wanted, but as far as weight loss goes, I would venture to say that Crystal light is the way to go.

No workout for me today. Woke up feeling like death with body aches and sore throat(my husband just came home from work with same symptoms)
Maybe I can double up 2 days this week to make it up. We shall see. Being sick is so frustrating.

I've had a cold for the last 5 days or so. It makes getting the energy to work out hard. I'm downing some super Indian alma seltzer that a colleague gave me then gonna give it a shot.
