Skipped yoga yesterday (I know don't skip yoga), and killed eccentric lower today. I am off schedule by a day and thinking about doubling up incinerator and mmx tomorrow.

I did basic. I order my own supplements.

I already had a pull up bar, bands, and free weights.

block 2 started today with Upper Eccentric after a week off due to being sick...it's nice to get back to my workouts and I'm feeling good this morning.

I definitely have some tailoring to do with regards to what bands to use but I'll get it straightened out, my arms are still feeling it this morning for sure.

I'm not sure. I bought new from eBay. It looks like the base kit, but it also had that wimpy red resistance band.

I'm starting back up on my t-25 with the 21 day fix meal plan. Ate way too much ice cream while sick.

Still not feeling 100%....this sick crap just keeps lingering. So I'm gonna do the t-25 stretch video today to warm up for the rest of the week. Maybe do some alpha cardio later today if I get a burst of energy.

Starting back today with the warrior. Still coughing, but that's the only thing left so feeling more than ready to work out.

And my fit club has official approval and will now be officially free to any interested. If you're in the Lake Charles area, every Monday at 6:00 pm there will be a free Beachbody workout at the Ward 3 rec center on Lake St.

I'm very thankful to have a desk job where I don't have to use my legs today. Triometrics done today and I think my legs are done for the rest of the day

I really hate the 1 legged squat motions because I get to hear my left knee grinding and god that noise is tough to listen to, but it doesn't hurt so that's good.

Hit day 1 week 3 of my P90x/T25 hybrid last night. Scale still isn't moving but my clothes are def fitting better especially some of my old jeans. Hopefully within the next week or so I see the lbs start dropping. I have been doing IF for the past 3 weeks so maybe that just isn't working for me? Any ideas?

First question would be how much are you eating on a daily basis? You may not be eating enough...I don't know what you mean by hybrid. Are you doing 1 workout a day consisting of either a p90x or t25 or are you doing multiple per day?

Honestly, when I lost all of my weight I hit 3 week long stretches sometimes where weight refused to drop, or it'd be 2-3 pounds in a month, and it made me insane, but then the next month I'd lose 10 pounds.

Your diet is the key to success for losing weight. Just realize that if your clothes are fitting better then you're making progress. I was a numbers whore, you can go look at all my bitching in the Puttadaforkdown thread on the food board if you don't believe me, and that mental game with not seeing numbers moving is a tough game to win, but just keep trucking and it'll happen.
