I'm still a little sore from the challenge.

Total synergistics is an underrated workout. I was sweating like crazy this morning.

Total Synergistics is an awesome workout. I love the pullup workouts on there, even though I think there are only two.

I finally got caught up and then my wife gave me a bug that drained all my energy and kept me in the bathroom for the better part of the last 2 days. Oh well, I'll start fresh on block 2 once Monday rolls around. Until then the movie marathon while laying in bed shall continue.

It's kind of nice being annoyed at missing workouts... that's like the opposite of my old self

I didn't appreciate how good this workout was the first time I did it, used light weights just to get the form and moves down. Turns out it's easy and I could have used more weight. Now I use more weight to get to failure during and it is my favorite. I can't wait for the Incinerator though.

Today is rest or dynamix. I chose 15 miles the bike and 1.5 mile run!

in the middle of my first transition week now. I am going to start Block 2 on Wednesday, but I am also going to start running 3.5 miles 3-4 days a week on Tuesday. Should be fun

I'm debating on doing Murph on Monday. It's crossfit, buts it's no weights. Basically the challenge with squats and a 1 mile pre and post run.

Alpha Cardio is a beast.

Just got done with The Warrior. My Super Burpees were darn near perfect. I was crushing them.
