I didn't get them either.

For $45 I don't think they're neither worth the price nor necessary for good results.

Hmmm. You need to get a camcorder with a stand. I was actually talking to my wife about this the other day. Seems like a good idea.

Is it okay if I do T-25 in the morning and X3 later in the day?

finished block 1 of the classic. I feel the results in my core for sure and have been able to add pushups to the challenge routine each week. Tony made me bust my face again with the elevator pushups today though.

I am curious to see how the next block goes with the focus on strength training. I am also thinking that once I am through I am going to start on the mass schedule. I'll see how I finish first though.

Things are looking good for the start of my fit club in Lake Charles. Gonna be time to start advertising it soon.

So how different is P90x3 to the classic P90x? I did the original, got sick after, and have got back out of shape. Does 30 minutes really get it done?

30 minutes done at high intensity is just as effective.

If you can do P90X, you can do X3.

Just started the T25 regimen. I'm done with day 2

So far, surprised at how much lower body is the core to the cardio work. My legs are definitely feeling it.

I need to lose about 20 pounds and I will be quite happy...I think this is the way to do it. I'm 6'4 so 20 lbs isn't all that much and very doable. If I stick with this for the entire program, I would expect to lose more than that + muscle gain (although I bought this primarily for weight loss).
