I wish the bars had a little less carbs.. I'd try those too

Have you tried Quest Bars? If not, check them out if you are looking for a low sugar/net carb protein bar.

GNC has them for buy 3 get 1 free. It ends up being around $2.25 per bar which is very reasonable considering the quality.

T-25 is pretty tough. The moves can get rather confusing.

You'll get used to them. Having rhythm helps. Total body circuit can be a bitch as a result

Yeah, you stumble through them the first couple of times.

Then you get used to it and you almost feel like you're dancing in da club or something.

It's enjoyable. I'm doing it on tile, though. I'm not happy about that.

Buy mats. I have ceramic tile and it was killing my feet. So I bought a bunch of really good exercise mats. The kind that piece together like puzzle pieces. They are 3/4 an inch think and have made a huge difference

Yeah, I have those, but I only have 4. I need more to cover more floor space. T-25 makes you cover a considerably large area. I may go pick some up today.

I bought a whole bunch of them from Academy. They cover half the area in the spare bedroom that doubles as my gym.

Well, if we're getting technical I couldn't find my 40 lb vest.

So I used the 20 lb vest with a 25lb plate in a book sack.

So i guess it's really 45 lbs then.

Came home for lunch and found X3 on my doorstep.

Now, Classic or Mass? I'm excited. Not too happy that I start it on a Monday, though.

Is there a Recovery Week in between blocks?
